I want to make website only and only hero page of my portfolio using shadcn ui you can use react and tsx. Remember i will deploy in GitHub so please add homepage and they url in dependency in package json. And add in package json script, predeploy: npm run build and deploy: gh-pages -d build. 

I want to nake single project of Statics site only, want to nake only portfolio using shadcn ui, please remember i will deploy in vercel so also guide me step by step. Possible then create more then 3 files only app, config and other css. Must use shadcn ui. And in app tsx make all the portfolio code. Only make more then 3 files only. And tell me step by step how can i deploy in Vercel and in last add only package json only.
